We had a night out yesterday at the newly opened main museum of Fotografiska in New York. Celebrating the inauguration of an immersive travel installation – a partnership between Kimpton and Fotografiska – featuring new works by three acclaimed photographers: Evelyn Bencicova, Kelia Anne MacCluskey and Elizabeth Bick. The photographs in the exhibition speak of themes of humanity in today’s fast-paced world, driven by technology.
There was an opportunity for patrons of the event to capture their own moments of the night using an Fujifilm Instant Camera handed out at the event.

The partnership evolved from the Kimpton Stay Human campaign, a reflection of the belief that sincere human connections improve people’s lives and the idea that there are points in common and connections between all people – regardless of their background or life story.
