seasonal Colavita Recipe

Hey New Yorkers! I have a new recipe to share featuring one of my favorite brands, Colavita!

Mushroom Rigatoni Bolognese Recipe

1 lb Colavita Rigatoni
2 tbsp Colavita Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 box of cherry tomatoes, chopped
½ medium onion, finely chopped
cilantro, finely chopped
½ lb ground beef
1 tbsp mushroom seasoning
1 tbsp Ranch seasoning
1 tbsp Green Goddess
1/2 lb Mushrooms
1 ginger cube
4 tbsp of Colavita Crushed Tomatoes
Romano Cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

Heat the Roasted Garlic olive oil in a large pan, add the ground beef and cook until lightly browned.

Add onions, all seasonings , ginger along with a pinch of salt and pepper; cook until all the liquid is absorbed the the meat is cooked.

Add the cherry tomatoes, Colavita Crushed Tomatos and mushrooms; cook until the sauce appears. Add cilantro. If the sauce gets too thick, add a bit of water.

Taste and adjust seasonings. (The sauce should be very thick.) Toss the pasta with the sauce; heat until hot and serve.
