A Memorable Evening at Quality Bistro: Exploring the Revamped Dinner Menu

If you’re searching for a culinary adventure that combines the vibrant atmosphere of a bustling European brasserie with a delectable French-inspired menu, look no further than Quality Bistro. Nestled among the esteemed restaurants under the Quality Branded umbrella, including Bad Roman, Zou Zou’s, and Quality Italian, this New York gem promises an unforgettable dining experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Quality Bistro to sample their revamped dinner menu, and let me tell you, it was an evening filled with culinary delights.

To kick off our experience in style, we were greeted with flutes of champagne Perrier Jouet. The effervescence danced on our palates, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence. As we perused the menu, a tantalizing appetizer caught our attention – sliders with Caviar and avocado. The combination of the rich caviar and creamy avocado was a perfect match, delivering a burst of flavor in each bite.

Next, our taste buds were in for a treat with the Butter Service Garnis. As a cart rolled up to our table, we couldn’t help but feel a sense of anticipation. A mound of butter, exquisitely presented, was accompanied by fresh bread, vegetables, and a selection of hors d’oeuvres. The interactive nature of this dish added an element of fun to our dining experience, as we carefully crafted our own buttery creations. It was a delightful and delicious way to begin our culinary journey.

Among the appetizers that caught our attention were the GREEN GARLIC ESCARGOT, a delicate dish that perfectly balanced the flavors of garlic and tender snails. The HAMACHI CRUDO, accompanied by hibiscus, raspberries, and almonds, was a refreshing and light option that awakened our taste buds. Lastly, the FILET MIGNON CARPACCIO, served with a petit salad, Mimolette cheese, and anchovy dressing, showcased the chef’s skill in combining flavors and textures.

Moving on to the main course, we couldn’t resist indulging in the Filet au béarnaise. This classic filet mignon, cooked to perfection, was adorned with a luscious béarnaise sauce. Each tender slice melted in our mouths, leaving behind a symphony of flavors that lingered on the palate. To complement this exquisite dish, we opted for the SUNCHOKE GRATIN, featuring 18 Month Aged Gouda. The combination of the earthy sunchokes and the rich, nutty cheese created a gratin that was nothing short of exceptional.

One cannot visit Quality Bistro without experiencing their signature dishes. We delighted in the CORN CRÈME BRÛLÉE, a unique twist on a classic dessert. The creamy corn custard, torched to perfection, showcased the chef’s creativity and passion for culinary innovation. And of course, we couldn’t resist the temptation of the TRUFFLE MACARONI AND CHEESE, a decadent blend of three cheeses infused with the earthy aroma of truffles. It was comfort food elevated to new heights.

To complement our meal, we ventured into the world of French-inspired cocktails. The Spicy Bird, featuring Del Maguey Vida and Ancho Chili with a hint of passionfruit, was a fiery and invigorating choice.
