Last night, I had the privilege of attending the launch event for The Sonhadores Wine at Fogo de Chão. This new Cabernet Sauvignon, developed in partnership with Cline Family Cellars based in Sonoma, is a proud addition to Fogo’s esteemed Tribute Wine Collection. This wine honors the pioneering spirit of two beloved first-generation gauchos, Neri Giachini and Jean Boschetti.
