Patti Ann’s-Brooklyn

Hey New Yorkers!!!

Last night we had an amazing experience at Patti Ann’s,
the new family-friendly, neighborhood restaurant from chef-owner Greg Baxtrom (of Olmsted and Maison Yaki).

Thiago And John Dennis

Greg’s third restaurant pays homage to his mother Patti Ann, a retired elementary school teacher, and offers a menu that combines the nostalgic Midwestern comfort food of his childhood with techniques from his fine-dining background (Alinea, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Per Se & others).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes include:

  • Blooming Onion with fancy ranch dressing
  • Chips and Goop with housemade potato chips and onion dip based on his mother’s recipe
  • Royale Roasted Chicken prepared four ways with sauce royale
  • Baked Mostaccioli with tomato sauce and mozzarella
  • The Breakfast Burger with raclette cheese, sauce choron and kosher pickles.
  • Bacon, Egg, & Cheese served on a potato bun with chili aioli, cheddar, scrambled eggs, tomato and market greens.
  • Everything Cruler topped with gribiche cream cheese, smoked salmon and fresh dill.

Cocktails from beverage director Andrew Zerrip includeΒ Spirit WeekΒ with mezcal, Plum, I Suppose, aperitivo, hibiscus syrup and lime;Β Ditch DayΒ with rum, banana, lemon, egg white and bitters; andΒ Summer BreakΒ with St. Agrestis Paradiso, Prosecco, Soda, Orange; to name a few.Β

Patti Ann’s is definitely a #MustGo if you are around Prospect Park-Brooklyn, the food is very flavorful and had the taste of Midwest home cooking.
